What I love about this workout is that I can do my daily workout only in 30 min and still got the rest of the day off! Otherwise I knew that after working, taking care of the children, cooking and cleaning the house.....there will be no time for me!

After I had my second child (4 months ago) I gained 14 Kg and I was feeling really bad about it. I decided to do something different and drastic to recover my shape. I never was really active but after my first child (which was 3 years ago) I changed my way of eating and started to do exercise every day. So before I got pregnant again I was in good shape and happy about my look,
After this second pregnancy I realized that I had to do it all over again! I've always liked to practice knowing what and why I was doing each exercise, and mostly to practice with a specific goal. When I ran into MAX Workouts site I knew that that was what I had to do to get back in shape.
I was impressed with the explanation why short high intensity exercises burn more fat than long moderate intensity.
It was a beat difficult to do all the changes on the diet because I was doing a macrobiotic feed and I ingested mostly carbs! I had to do a drastic change cutting carbs and eating fat!
After a while the results start happening and I was really glad! I lost 6 Kg in 12 weeks.
