Three years after having my last child, I started to enter perimenopause without knowing that I actually was going through it. After having my children (3) I had always been able to return to my pre-pregnancy weight of 115 lb.

I was very frustrated because I had tried changing my diet, attended multiple group classes, and had several personal trainers but my weight didn’t change and neither did my body fat percentage. I was not sure of what do to next but wasn’t willing to give up on my health and body image.

I started searching the internet for exercises that I could do to jumpstart my metabolism and lose the weight when I came across your program. Not only did I enjoy the challenge of the workouts but started to see the results I had been trying to achieve for the past 3 years!!!

My weight went from 123 to 112 lb, my energy levels increased and some of my perimenopausal symptoms went away.

The best part of it all, I went from a size 6 in pant and dress size to a size 2!!!

I had never been able to wear anything less than a size 6. I definitely lost inches and gained more lean muscle mass. I started to burn more calories in the 30 minute workouts than what I used to burn in the one hour classes that I took or personal training sessions that I did.
