We all have 3 sources of energy that our bodies can burn for fuel.
- Hidden fat (IMTG)

First we have what I call "hidden" fat. This extra layer of fat is called Intramuscular Triglycerides or "IMTG" for short… but I like to call it "hidden fat" because it’s fat that’s stored deep inside our muscles. You can’t see it, so it doesn’t affect the way we look.
However, it does affect the way we burn calories!
See, even though this hidden fat is stored deep inside our muscles where you can't see it, it’s the most accessible energy source -- making it the easiest fat for your body to burn off (go figure, right?). In fact, hidden fat and carbs are the very first sources of fuel our bodies will burn when we exercise.
And that’s the problem…
Our bodies prefer to burn this “hidden” layer of fat first… making it really tough to reach the stubborn fat. The stubborn fat is the fat we can actually see…the stuff that clings to our hips, butt, thighs. It’s on our arms, it bulges over our jeans, and over our bra straps 😖...
The good news is there IS a way to workout that "tricks" your body into bypassing hidden fat so you can burn carbs first, then get right to the stubborn fat! 🎉
