What’s Your Personal Workout Style?

Are you a slow and steady person? OR A powerful go-getter?

Do you like to sweat a lot? OR Do you like to stretch and take it easy?

Do you want to be slim and toned? OR Big and Strong?

Your answers to these questions will give you an idea of what your workout style is. Maybe you’re a mixture of all of them. Most of us are.
